Alphabet Poems

1

Again
We bellow at cars
Driving, enough fuel to
Get home.
I joke - Kisses, Love!
To me! Not others.
Please?
I'm quiet.
Really - I'm sorry
Tell me - that
Unless the verizon
Widens
Exponentially
You'll be in my
Zone
(My car zone)
Again.

2

Am I
Benign-
Or crazy?
Dancing erratically,
Following
Ghosts home.
I jump,
Kissing lightning,
Mirthfully nature opens
Precipitation
Quietly
My revels
Suddenly turn,
Underwater, veering
Worthlessly -
-I'm extraordinary
- I'm young.
Zero years old
A ghost of rain.

3 (backwards)

Zealot!
You exclaim wildly
Visiting until
Television steals reality -
Quietly, pensively,
Only now may laughter
Kill
Jovial intentions.
How?
God.
For enough debt,
Crying bequeaths
Animosity.

4 (backwards)

Zero young.
Xylophones wring out
Vestiges
Until the sneaking
Reality of the quiet
Persists.
Only now
May loud kazoos
Just imitate her growth.
For everything down creek -
Be alright.

5

Again - breathe close darling -
Enough for girls, holding in judgement,
Kalidoscoping like mites
Nesting on powdered quilts -
Restless, scratching,
Tossing until visions wake.
Exunt.
You're zilch.
